Dietary Tips

Introduction: It is the mature seed kernel of Ginkgo biloba, a tree plant of the Ginkgoaceae family.

Nature and flavor: sweet, slightly bitter, astringent, and neutral in nature.

Description: It can nourish the lungs and relieve asthma, benefit the spleen and stop diarrhea, stop leukorrhea and reduce urination; it is effective for asthma and cough due to lung deficiency, weak kidney qi, frequent urination, deficiency of both spleen and kidney, leukorrhea, leukorrhea, diarrhea and enuresis.

Recommendation: Do not eat raw.

Ginkgo Spare Ribs

Ingredients: 2.5 kg pork ribs, 100 g ginkgo nuts, 25 g cooking wine, 10 g rice vinegar, 10 g salt, 5 g MSG, 50 g green onion, and 50 g ginger.

Preparation method: Remove the hard skin of tofu, mash it into a paste, add egg liquid, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, starch, and mix it into stuffing. Take 2 small cups, apply vegetable oil to the cups, put the tofu stuffing in, insert the ginkgo nuts in the middle, and steam for 10 minutes.
