1. Prepare the ingredients needed, including cucumber, carrot, green apple, ginger, garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, chili powder, fish sauce, and other ingredients can be added according to your taste.

2. Wash the cucumber and carrot and cut them into diamond-shaped pieces (you can also cut them into shreds according to your preference), pour everything into a fresh-keeping bowl, mix them, add salt and stir, cover with a lid (you can also cover with plastic wrap) and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for half an hour.
