How to make red dates and lotus seeds porridge

1. Soak the prepared lotus seeds in clean water in advance. The soaking time should be between four and five hours. After soaking, take out the lotus seeds and remove the lotus core for later use.

2. Wash the red dates with clean water, remove the pits, and cut the red dates into slices. Also wash the wolfberries with warm water and soak them in warm water for 20 minutes.

3. Rinse the prepared rice with clean water, put it into a casserole, add appropriate amount of clean water, then bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for about ten minutes.
