When making baby apple porridge, you need to prepare half an apple, 50 grams of rice and an appropriate amount of water.

How to make baby apple porridge

1. Wash the rice, put it in a pot, add water and cook directly. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer slowly.

2. While the rice porridge is being cooked, remove the skin and core of the apples, wash them, and use a small spoon to scoop the apples into puree.

3. After the rice in the pot becomes soft and glutinous, add the prepared apple puree into the porridge. Then cook it slowly over low heat for about ten minutes. The fragrant, attractive and nutritious baby apple porridge is ready.

4. When making apple porridge for babies, you can also add a small amount of lean meat. However, before cooking the porridge, you should boil the lean meat in water, remove the floating foam after boiling, and then cut the lean meat into smaller pieces. Otherwise, the baby's chewing ability is too poor, and it will not be conducive to the baby's digestion and absorption after eating.
