Korean chicken soup porridge requires rice, chicken legs, eggs and some ingredients such as salt, soy sauce, vinegar, onions, sesame oil and mashed garlic, and a chili pepper.

2. How to make Korean chicken porridge

Step 1: Wash off the grease on the surface of the chicken legs. If you don’t like the oily taste of the porridge, you can also remove the chicken skin.

Step 2: Pour enough water into the pot, add the chicken legs, and then add the mashed garlic. Korean chicken soup does not use ginger slices but mashed garlic instead, which makes the taste more special.

Step 3: After the water in the pot boils, skim off the foam floating on the surface, then cover the pot with a lid, turn the heat to low and simmer for about an hour.

Step 4: Wash the rice and soak it for a while
