The ingredients include sheep kidney, candied dates, water chestnuts, sheep bones and wolfberry leaves. Then prepare ingredients such as Chinese yam, ginger slices, and red beans to enhance the taste and color.

2. How to make wolfberry leaf and lamb kidney porridge

Step 1: Wash the sheep bones, wolfberry leaves, candied dates, red beans and other ingredients and put them into the pot.
