1. Red bean and sorghum rice

After the red beans are cooked to 80%, add the washed sorghum rice and continue cooking until the sorghum rice is fully cooked before turning off the heat and taking it out for consumption.

2. Sorghum rice dumplings

Wrapping zongzi with sorghum rice is also a good way to eat it. When making it, put an appropriate amount of sorghum rice and glutinous rice together and boil them with clear water. When they are half cooked, take them out, wrap them with zongzi leaves, and then steam them in a pot. After about half an hour, the multi-grain zongzi will be cooked and can be eaten directly after taking them out.

3. Sorghum rice fried rice

Sorghum rice can be used to make fried rice. When making it, wash the sorghum rice with clean water first, put it into the pot and add clean water to cook. After boiling, simmer for minutes, then take it out, drain the water, put oil in the wok, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a small amount of diced green vegetables and an appropriate amount of diced ham and diced carrots, stir-fry evenly, add table salt and a small amount of light soy sauce, then put the cooked sorghum rice into the pot and stir-fry evenly, then take it out and serve on a plate.
