Steps to pickle white radish

1. Wash the prepared fresh white radish, remove the moisture, and then cut it into slices about three millimeters thick. Do not cut it too thin. Then put table salt in the radish slices and marinate for two or three hours to remove the moisture from the pickled radish.

2. Add sugar to the drained radish slices and marinate for two hours. Then drain the water and mix the prepared light soy sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar and appropriate amount of water. Put it into the pot, heat it to a boil and let it cool down.

3. Put the pickled radish slices into a clean glass bottle, then pour the cooked seasonings into it, seal the bottle, and place it in a cool place to marinate. After two or three days, the radish slices will be flavorful and you can take them out and eat them whenever you want.
