How to make dried mulberries at home

1. Pick the mulberries you bought, remove the leaves, weeds and rotten fruits, soak them in light salt water, and then wash them under the tap. When washing, be gentle to avoid damaging the mulberries, as they are very fragile. Then, put the washed mulberries into a sieve and place them in a cool place to drain the surface moisture.

2. Next, put the drained mulberries into a clean bamboo basket and wrap them with breathable gauze to prevent flies or mosquitoes from eating the mulberries and keep them clean. At the same time, the gauze is breathable and can also keep the mulberries full of air so that they will not be suffocated. Put the bamboo basket under the sun to dry.

Next, you can put the mulberries in a dryer and take them out to dry every few minutes, so that they will not be damaged in one go.
