Put the prepared mulberries, longan meat, wolfberries and other Chinese medicinal materials together and mash them all. Put them in a clean gauze bag and tie the mouth tightly. Then put it in a clean, water-free and oil-free large glass bottle for later use.

When making it, you can prepare an appropriate amount of fresh longan, remove the shell and the core, take out the white flesh inside, prepare a large clean glass bottle and an appropriate amount of rock sugar, put the longan flesh in the glass bottle, put one layer and then put another layer of rock sugar, fill the glass bottle to 70%, cover the bottle cap and seal it, and put it in a cool place to ferment. After forty days, the longan flesh inside will be fermented, and you can get pure longan wine by taking it out and filtering it.
