Materials for canned fruit

When making canned fruit at home, you can prepare an apple, a pear, an appropriate amount of rock sugar and an appropriate amount of purified water, and also prepare two or three canning bottles.

Specific steps for making canned fruit

1. Wash the prepared apples with clean water, then remove the skin, cut them in the middle, remove the core, and finally cut the flesh into pieces of your favorite shape and soak them in clean water.

2. Wash all the prepared cans and caps with clean water, and sterilize them with boiling water. Remove the moisture after processing.

3. Put the chopped apple and pear pieces into the canning bottle, taking up about half of the bottle. Then add purified water to three quarters of the bottle, and finally add an appropriate amount of rock sugar.

4. Put the canned bottles directly into the steamer, put the bottle caps aside and steam them together with the bottles. Steam for another 20 minutes after the water boils, then turn off the heat. After taking them out, immediately cover the bottle caps tightly.

5. After the homemade canned foods have cooled down, put them in the refrigerator. After four or five hours, you can take them out and eat them when you want. Homemade canned fruits do not have preservatives and it is best to eat them within a week.
