How to eat cherries

Did you know that there are many ways to eat cherries? If you don't know, please read the following content and you will understand.

There are three ways to eat cherries

Cherry wine

500g fresh cherries, 1000ml rice wine. Wash the cherries and put them in a pot, soak them in rice wine, seal it, stir it every 2-3 days, and it will be ready in 15-20 days.

Cherry Jam

Choose large, sweet and sour cherries, about 1000 grams, wash them, cut a small piece of each cherry, peel and remove the core; put the pulp and sugar into the pot, boil it on high heat, then turn to medium heat, skim off the foam and juice, and continue to cook; when it becomes viscous, add lemon juice, cook for a while, remove from heat, and let cool.

Frozen Cherries

Put the cherries in a container and put them in the freezer. They can be stored for a long time all year round, and the vitamins are well preserved. After eating hot pot in winter, a few frozen cherries can help digestion and relieve greasiness.

Eat cherries in moderation

Cherries are delicious and nutritious, but you should still "eat them in moderation". The Guangdong Provincial Food Safety Network recently warned that although cherries have been known as "beauty fruits" since ancient times, they are warm in nature and eating too much can cause internal heat, nosebleeds, and damage the lungs. Eating too much at one time can also cause stomach pain, heartburn, and even abdominal pain and diarrhea. In addition, people with insufficient gastric acid secretion should not eat cherries on an empty stomach to avoid further damage to the gastric mucosa.

Therefore, the amount of cherries you eat per day should be limited to about 12.
