2. Boil a pot of water, the water should cover the tapioca pearls. For the amount of tapioca pearls, 2-3 teaspoons is enough for two people and two pears. Cook until most of the tapioca pearls begin to become transparent, then remove from the pot and rinse with cold water.

3. Peel the kiwi fruit, put it into a food processor to squeeze out the juice, then add the cooked tapioca pearls, mix well, and pour into the raw pear cup.

4. If it feels not sweet enough, you can add some honey, sugar, yogurt, etc. This depends on your personal preference.
