2. Wash the prepared goose liver and soak it in milk. After soaking, take it out and grind it into a paste. Add white wine, salt and pepper and marinate it for one day.

3. Put the marinated foie gras in a mold and steam it in a pot. After the steamed foie gras solidifies, take it out and let it cool down. Then remove the floating oil on the surface and cut it into pieces of your favorite shape.

4. Wash all the ingredients including apples, strawberries, lettuce, etc., cut them into cubes, place them on a plate with the prepared foie gras cubes and serve.

1. To make foie gras sauce, you can prepare a can of foie gras sauce, 500 grams of fresh potatoes, a handful of coriander, an appropriate amount of chopped green onion, a little ginger slices, and an appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce.

2. Wash the prepared potatoes with clean water, then cut them in half from the middle, remove the coriander, wash the roots, remove the water, and cut them into sections. Unpack the foie gras and prepare them.

3. Add oil to the pot, put the small potatoes into the pot and stir-fry until the surface is slightly wrinkled, then add chopped green onion, and slowly stir-fry the sweet noodle sauce and foie gras sauce over low heat. After stir-frying evenly, add water and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add coriander and salt for seasoning. After mixing evenly, dry the sauce and serve directly out of the pot.

4. The potatoes made in this way have a rich aroma, and they can absorb most of the nutrients in foie gras sauce. They taste particularly fresh and tender. Although they are not foie gras, they can let people taste the unique flavor of fresh foie gras.
