1. How to cook taro - taro and lean meat porridge

Step 1: Wash the rice and soak it in clean water for 20 minutes before cooking the porridge. You can add a few drops of sesame oil to the porridge.

Step 2: Wash the chicken breast, cut it into strips and put it into a bowl. Knead it lightly with salt to increase the base flavor.

Step 3: Add some cooking wine to the lean meat to further flavor it and marinate for a while.
