Many people have heard of natto, but have never tasted it. Some people don't even know what natto is. So what is natto? I will write it down and tell you how to eat it.

What is Natto and how to eat it

1. What is Natto?

Natto is a processed food made from soybeans. It is made by adding Natto bacteria to soybeans and then fermenting them. This food is particularly popular in Japan and is one of the most popular and common health foods there.

2. Natto side dishes

There are many ways to eat natto. Usually, you can mix a variety of ingredients together to make a side dish. When making it, you can prepare a small box of natto, a piece of cucumber, a piece of carrot, a small spoon of salted almonds, soy sauce, green mustard, sugar and vinegar. Wash the natto with balsamic vinegar, then put it together with other ingredients, add the prepared seasoning, mix well and serve on a plate.

3. Natto Burrito

Natto rolls are also delicious. You can prepare a box of natto, chives, mung bean sprouts and winter bamboo shoots. Wash and cut them into shreds. Marinate the natto with soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil, add a small amount of green mustard, and then spread it evenly on the spring rolls. Put the shredded vegetables on the spring rolls, roll them up and eat them directly. Before rolling the mung bean sprouts into the spring rolls, you can blanch them in hot water and cool them down in cold water. This will make them more crispy and tender. In addition, if you feel that the natto rolls are light, you can also dip them in sweet noodle sauce.
