1. Preparation of ingredients for braised tuna

Prepare half a pound of tuna, 50 grams of peanuts, a bowl of bone soup, some peppercorns, starch, and dried chilies. Add a little basic oil and salt.

2. Steps to prepare braised tuna

Step 1: Cut the tuna into pieces and marinate it with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Add oil to the pan and heat it, add peanuts, fry the peanuts until cooked, and place them on kitchen paper to drain the oil.

Step 3: Cut the green onion into sections and split the dried chili peppers in the middle to remove the seeds.
