1. Steamed alfalfa

Alfalfa sprouts can be steamed and eaten. While steaming, peel the garlic and make garlic paste, add vinegar and light soy sauce to make a sauce, and take it out after steaming and eat it directly.

2. Alfalfa cake

Alfalfa pancakes are also a good way to eat it. You can chop fresh alfalfa sprouts, add a small amount of salt, then crack three eggs, add a small amount of flour to make a paste, heat oil in a frying pan, pour the batter into the pan and spread it into a pancake shape. Fry until both sides are golden brown, then take out and serve on a plate.

3. Alfalfa dumplings

Alfalfa is also delicious when used to make dumplings. When making dumplings, you can mash some of the alfalfa, take out the juice and mix it with flour. Then chop the other part of the alfalfa and add a small amount of leeks. Then add fried eggs, cooking oil and salt, mix well, press the flour into dumpling skins, wrap the dumplings directly, put them in a pan and cook them before eating.
