Soak the prepared peach gum in warm water the night before, then wash it with clean water, tear it into small pieces, put it into the pot together with the rock sugar, add clean water and cook until it boils. After boiling, cook for about ten minutes, then add the prepared condensed milk, mix well and boil, and it can be served directly.

When cooking peach gum syrup, you need to prepare rock sugar and an appropriate amount of white fungus, 7 to 10 peach gums and a small amount of dried cranberries. Soak the white fungus and peach gum in clean water in advance, then divide them into small pieces, wash them with clean water, put them in the pot, add the prepared rock sugar, and then add the dried cranberries and cook until boiled, then simmer over low heat for about half an hour, and the peach gum syrup in the pot will be cooked.

3. Cooking method three

Peach gum can also be boiled with wolfberry, red dates, rock sugar and eggs! Before cooking, prepare 8 to 10 dried peach gums, a handful of wolfberry and a dozen large red dates, and finally prepare an appropriate amount of rock sugar and eggs. Soak the peach gum in warm water in advance and then wash it with clean water. Remove the red dates, cut the core into small pieces, put them into the pot with wolfberry and peach gum, add clean water and rock sugar to cook, and then simmer over low heat for more than ten minutes after the pot is boiled. Then crack the eggs and pour them into the pot. After mixing well, it can be eaten directly out of the pot.
