Sachima is a kind of national dessert. Now it is widely produced and well-known. Sachima itself is a relatively sweet dessert with high added sugar, so many people are not very suitable for eating it. But in fact, Sachima is not difficult to make. Sachima's approach

1. Preparation of ingredients for Sachima Prepare 200g flour, 3 eggs, 5g baking powder, 160g white sugar, 100g maltose, 50ml water, some cooking oil, a little black sesame, and a little wolfberry.

2. How to make sachima Step 1: Mix eggs with flour, beat thoroughly with a whisk and pour into a large bowl, knead repeatedly to form dough. Step 2: Cover the dough in the bowl with a wet cloth and let it rest for a while. Step 3: Roll the dough into a thin skin after it rests, and sprinkle dry flour on the surface. Fold the skin in half and cut into strips. Step 4: Sprinkle some dry flour on each skin strip, then put it into the pot and start frying. Step 5: After each noodle turns golden brown, remove it and drain the oil. Step 6: Take a square container and spread wolfberry and sesame on the bottom of the container. Step 7: Add water to the pot, add white sugar and maltose, and simmer slowly over low heat until it can be drawn into threads. Step 8: Put the fried skin strips into the syrup, stir well, pour all into the container, and flatten. Step 9: Cut into pieces after cooling.
