We all know that chives are a common vegetable and a type of chive. Compared to chives, chives have a stronger fragrance and taste better, so many people prefer chives. The chives sold on the market have uneven quality for various reasons, and because they have been processed, their prices are much more expensive than ordinary chives. Therefore, it is very important to learn how to make your own chives. Homemade chives not only take into account the nutritional value, but also save costs, so let's learn it.

How to make homemade chive flowers

1. First, soak the freshly bought chives in clean water for about 15 minutes to 20 minutes. After soaking, rinse with clean water to ensure that all residues are filtered out. Then prepare onions, ginger, garlic, and some seasonings according to personal taste, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, etc. Then add appropriate amount of salt to the chives, cover the container with a lid, and marinate.

2. Wait for about half an hour, open the lid, and see the chives become soft. Then slice the onions, ginger, and garlic prepared above. Take out the pickled chives and put them into a blender together with the chopped onions, ginger, and garlic and blend them evenly. If you don't have a blender at home, you can also use a knife to repeatedly mix the chives and these seasonings.

3. Put the stirred chives into a clean bottle. It is best to choose a glass bottle, and then seal the bottle mouth with a layer of plastic wrap. What is needed here is that the bottle mouth must be sealed, otherwise even pickled food will deteriorate due to contact with air and some microorganisms in the air. So after sealing with plastic wrap, cover the bottle cap to ensure double sealing protection.
