When you stir-fry purple cabbage at home, you must prepare enough ingredients. In addition to 500 grams of purple cabbage, you also need to prepare five peppercorns, two dried red peppers, five grams of vinegar, three grams of sugar, five grams of ginger and three cloves of garlic, and finally prepare salt, chicken essence, cooking oil and other seasonings.

Specific steps for stir-frying purple cabbage

1. Break the purple cabbage apart piece by piece and tear them into large pieces with your hands. Then wash them with clean water. Soak them in clean water for twenty minutes when washing. This will remove any pesticide residues that may exist on the purple cabbage.

2. Cut the dried red pepper into small pieces and remove the seeds inside the pepper and set aside. Wash the ginger and garlic and cut them into slices and set aside.

3. Put more oil in the pot than usual. When it is heated to 70% hot, add the peppercorns and dried chili peppers to the pot and stir-fry until they are fragrant. Then add the chopped ginger and garlic slices to the pot.
