How to pickle white radish

1. Hot and Sour Shredded Radish

Hot and sour shredded radish is a quick way to pickle white radish. You can cut fresh white radish into thin shreds, add a small amount of sugar, salt and vinegar and mix well. Finally, take two small red peppers, chop them into small pieces, put oil in the pot, stir-fry the peppers, then pour them into the shredded white radish and mix well. A plate of delicious hot and sour shredded radish is ready.

2. Pickled radish

Pickled radish is quite common in our daily life. It is tough and can be stored for a long time. However, it is more troublesome to pickle it. You need to cut the white radish into long strips and put it in the sun. After it is 80% dry, wash it with clean water, and then add five-spice powder, salt, water and ginger slices. After pickling for a period of time, you will get homemade five-spice radish strips.

3. White radish kimchi

White radish can also be made into kimchi for consumption. If you have the habit of making kimchi at home, you can wash the fresh white radish and cut it into small cubes after it is on the market, and then soak it directly in kimchi water. After about ten days, the crispy and delicious white radish kimchi will be ready, and you can take it out and eat it whenever you want.
