3. Precautions for pickling cucumbers: We must pay attention to the selection of materials. We use rock sugar and white vinegar, not white sugar and rice vinegar/aged vinegar. Otherwise, the pickled cucumbers will be very unpleasant. There should not be too much salt, as it will be too salty and the taste will be bad. At the same time, no oil should be used during the pickling process.
