Ingredients for seaweed rice rolls

The main ingredients for making seaweed rice rolls are rice and seaweed. In addition, you need to prepare appropriate amounts of ham, carrots, and dried whitebait. If conditions permit, you can also prepare some crab meat. Finally, prepare some ketchup as a seasoning.

Steps to make kimbap

1. Prepare a clean bamboo mat, put a piece of seaweed on it, then put a layer of rice, then take a spoon and press the rice firmly. Before pressing the rice, you can dip some water on the spoon so that the rice will not stick to it when pressing.

2. Cut the ham and crab sticks into small pieces, prepare some lettuce, and place them on the rice. Finally, cut the carrots into thin strips and place them on the rice together with the dried whitebait.

3. After doing all of the above, roll up the bamboo curtain tightly and compact the seaweed rice and various dishes inside.

4. After compacting the seaweed and rice, remove the bamboo curtain and use a knife to cut the prepared seaweed rice rolls into small pieces and place them on a plate. This is the seaweed rice rolls we tasted in the restaurant.
