1. Put the prepared original Greek steak with packaging directly into clean water to thaw. After the steak becomes completely soft, remove the packaging, wash it with clean water several times to wash away the blood in the steak, and then remove the water for later use.

2. Use a meat tenderizer to loosen the washed steak to make it soft and tender. Then place the processed steak in a bowl, add the prepared black pepper and table salt, and then add the prepared minced garlic and onion to marinate. After adding these seasonings, be sure to distribute them evenly on both sides of the steak so that the steak can be evenly flavored.

3. Turn the steak over frequently during the marinating process, and the marinating time should be 4 to 5 hours. After the steak is marinated, it can be directly fried in the pan. When frying, you need to heat the butter in the pan in advance, and then put the steak into the pan. Fry it over medium heat. When both sides of the steak are golden brown, take it out immediately to prevent the beef from becoming tough. After that, put it on a plate and add other ingredients and you can eat it directly.
