Tomato meat sauce

The nutrients contained in tomato meat sauce are very good. My husband and son like to eat it very much. It is also my best dish. Here is how to make it:

Tomato meat sauce ingredients

1 tablespoon (15ml) of olive oil, 150g of bacon (chopped), 300g of ground beef, 2 tablespoons (30g) of flour, 1 carrot (chopped), 80g of pickles (chopped), 1 tablespoon (15ml) of tomato sauce, 400ml of water, 1/2 teaspoon (3g) of salt, 1/3 teaspoon (2g) of pepper

Tomato meat sauce recipe

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped bacon into the pan and stir-fry over low heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Leave some oil in the pan, heat it over high heat, put the beef filling into the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with flour and stir-fry evenly.

Add chopped carrots and pickles into the pot and continue stir-frying for 3 minutes. Then add tomato sauce, pour in water and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. When the soup becomes thick, add salt and pepper to taste.

Tips:

It can be served with tomato meat sauce and served with puff pastry or potato pancakes.
