Bitter melon: Bitter melon tastes bitter and is cold in nature. It has the effects of relieving summer heat, clearing away toxins, strengthening the stomach, removing evil heat, improving hearing and eyesight, moisturizing the skin, strengthening the body, making people energetic, and not easy to age. In addition, bitter melon can also lower blood sugar.

Banana: Banana is sweet and cold in nature. It has the effects of clearing heat and moistening the intestines, promoting gastrointestinal motility and treating constipation.

Bitter melon stuffed with bananas:

1. Wash the bitter gourd.

2. Cut off both ends.

3. Prepare a pair of chopsticks.

6. Blanch the bitter gourd in hot water.

7. Stuff the banana into the bitter gourd.
