Recommended recipe for straw mushrooms: stewed cauliflower with straw mushrooms

Today I would like to recommend to you my specialty, straw mushroom cooking method. It is very good. Please take a look:

Cauliflower with Straw Mushrooms

100 grams of straw mushrooms, 200 grams of cauliflower, 200 grams of broccoli, a little carrot, and 2 slices of ginger.

Wash and cut straw mushrooms into half; wash and soak cauliflower and broccoli, then cut into small pieces;

Wash and slice the carrots; cut the ginger into shreds. Quickly blanch the cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, remove them and drain.

Blanch the straw mushrooms and set aside; heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan, sauté shredded ginger, add broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and stir-fry briefly.

Add the straw mushrooms and stir-fry evenly. Then add appropriate amount of salt, white sugar and mushroom essence, stir-fry until well-flavored. Thicken with starch water and serve.

Beef Tenderloin with Oyster Sauce and Straw Mushrooms

100 grams of straw mushrooms, 200 grams of beef, a little soaked black fungus, two red peppers, one scallion, 3 slices of ginger, and 2 cloves of garlic.

Wash and slice the beef, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, egg white, starch and salt, mix well and marinate;

Wash and cut straw mushrooms into half, wash and remove seeds from red peppers and slice them diagonally, peel and slice garlic; blanch straw mushrooms and black fungus in water and remove from water;

Take a pan and add a proper amount of oil, heat it to 70% hot, add the beef slices, stir-fry quickly, and scoop up as soon as it changes color;

Add a little oil to the pan, add onion and ginger, sauté until fragrant, then add garlic slices and oyster sauce.

Add straw mushrooms and red peppers and stir-fry, add a little salt, sugar and chicken stock, then add the fried beef, stir-fry briefly, thicken with soy sauce and serve.

Straw Mushroom Seafood Soup

50 grams of onion, 100 grams of fresh squid, 50 grams of fresh shrimp, 50 grams of crab sticks, 100 grams of straw mushrooms, and 3 eggs.

Beat the eggs, add salt, MSG, pepper and broth, mix well, steam until cooked, and take out for later use;

Blanch the chopped onion, straw mushroom slices, and seafood segments, pick them up and place them on the steamed eggs;

Put broth in the pot, season with pepper and cooking wine, bring to a boil and pour over the seafood and egg custard.
