How to pickle pickles

1. Find a glass jar, rinse it with water, then wash it with white wine, and then rinse it with clean water. The things used to press the cabbage should also be disinfected, including your own hands during the production. It must not be contaminated with bacteria, especially oil stains.

2. Buy fresh cabbage, remove the rotten and yellow leaves on the surface. Then put it in the sun to dry for three days until the moisture on the surface is dried.

3. Cut off the roots of the cabbage, put it into the fiberglass, and then put a stone on it to press it down to prevent the leaves from floating up during pickling.

4. Boil a kettle of water and pour it into the glass jar when it cools down a little.

5. It can be eaten after two days. You can adjust it according to your own taste. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili peppers and marinate it together.

1. All equipment used must be thoroughly disinfected. The simplest, direct and quickest way is to soak them in boiling water and then wash them.

2. When adding boiling water to marinate, make sure the cabbage is completely soaked.
