How to make hair vegetable

1. There are many ways to cook hair algae. The most common one is cold-mixed hair algae. This dish only requires main ingredients such as hair algae, cucumber and carrot, and then a little seasoning such as sesame oil, vinegar, salt and coriander.

2. Rinse the hair algae with water, then soak it in water for a while, then wash the prepared carrots and cucumbers.

3. Cut all the washed cucumbers and carrots into oblique round slices and set aside.

4. Take a plate and place the cut carrots and cucumber slices on the edge of the plate in two circles.

5. Take out the soaked hair moss, drain the water, put it into a bowl, and then add vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sesame oil and other condiments according to your taste.
