How to make fried pork with carrots

1- Wash the carrots and cut into strips or slices.

2- Cut the carrot meat into small pieces. It is easier to cut the meat when it is not completely melted.

3- Add seasonings such as salt, oil, sugar, cornstarch, and chopped ginger.

4- Put the seasoned meat into the pan and fry until slightly cooked.

5- Add the shredded carrots into the pan and stir-fry together.

6- Stir-fry until the carrot shreds are cooked (or until they are cooked to your taste).
