When making it, you need to prepare 30 grams of dried shrimps, 200 grams of spareribs, 100 grams of brown rice, and some pepper and salt.

Soak the prepared brown rice in clean water for 2-3 hours, take it out and drain it, chop the prepared small ribs into sections, blanch them in boiling water to remove the blood, and soak the dried shrimps in cold water in advance. Put the prepared brown rice, small ribs, dried shrimps and other ingredients into the pot, add enough clean water, heat to boil, and then cook slowly over medium-low heat. Stir frequently during the cooking process. When the brown rice is soft and the ribs are cooked, add salt and pepper to season, mix well and serve.
