Approximately 250 ml of fresh milk, 100 ml of broth, about 20 grams of chicken breast, and a small amount of cauliflower, carrots and rice.

2. How to make fresh milk chicken porridge

Step 1: Wash the rice, remove impurities, and soak it for about an hour.

Step 2: Put the pot on the fire, add water and rice, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for about half an hour

Step 3: After the rice grains are plump and swollen, pour the milk into the porridge water and simmer over low heat for at least ten minutes.
