When making pork liver porridge at home, you need to prepare 100 grams of rice, 50 grams of pork liver and 600 grams of water. You also need to prepare an appropriate amount of cooking oil and salt, MSG and cooking wine, and a little starch, 10 grams of chopped green onion and 4 grams of minced ginger.

Steps to make pork liver porridge

1. Wash the rice clean, then put it into a pot and add clean water. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat.

2. While the rice is cooking, wash the pork liver, cut it into thin slices, put it in a bowl, add appropriate amount of starch, chopped green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, salt and other seasonings to marinate and coat it with starch.

3. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 50% to 60% hot, put the pork liver slices into the pot, then cut them with chopsticks. Fry for about an hour. When the pork liver is half cooked, take it out and drain the oil.

4. After the rice in the pot is cooked and bloomed, add the fried pork liver slices into the porridge, then use low heat and continue to cook for ten to twenty minutes. Finally, add MSG and salt for seasoning. After mixing well, it can be served for people to eat.
