Raw beef porridge

Porridge recipe ingredients:

500 grams of beef, 300 grams of white rice, 100 grams of dry rice noodles, two slices of pickled mustard greens (cut into pieces), 5 grams of fine salt, 10 grams of white sugar, 15 grams of soy sauce, a little dry starch, half a teaspoon of baking soda, appropriate amounts of coriander, onion, and ginger, some tangerine peel, and a little cooked salad oil.

How to make raw beef porridge

1. Wash the rice and season it with a little salt;

2. Add water to a container and add rice and tangerine peel when it boils;

2. Wash the beef and cut it into thin slices. Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda and appropriate amount of refined salt, sugar, dry starch, soy sauce and a little water to marinate the beef;

3. After 20 minutes on high heat, add beef slices when the porridge is almost done, stir, and continue to cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then bring to a boil;

4. When serving, add cooked salad oil, fried rice noodles, diced chopped vegetables, coriander, chopped green onions, shredded ginger, etc.

It nourishes the spleen and stomach, replenishes qi and nourishes blood. It is suitable for patients with leukocytopenia, physical weakness, fatigue, and indigestion.
