Sometimes, in order to catch up with the time to unload or ship goods, I often fail to eat on time. Over time, my stomach becomes sick, especially after the beginning of autumn. I often suffer from sudden stomach pain due to cold, accompanied by vomiting of clear water, loose stools and other symptoms, which affect my work.

In early autumn last year, I had a chronic stomachache. An old Chinese medicine doctor taught me to eat ginger, scallion and pepper porridge, which can be effective through dietary adjustment. He analyzed that my stomachache was mostly caused by evil spirits hurting the stomach, and ginger, scallion and pepper porridge can warm the middle and dispel cold, nourish the stomach and relieve pain.

Following Dr. Li's advice, I took 30 grams of sliced ​​ginger and 20 grams of green onion, put them into a casserole, added water and boiled for 20 minutes, then removed the residue and took the juice, added 60 grams of polished rice, and simmered the porridge over low heat. When the porridge was ready, I added 5 grams of pepper powder, salt and MSG, mixed well, and took it warm twice a day, one dose a day. I took it for half a month and my chronic stomachache was cured.
