Lentil and Yam Porridge

Lentils are also known as magpie beans, kidney beans, green beans, cloud beans, white lentils, and southern lentils. They are seeds of the genus Lentils in the Leguminosae family. Ingredients for lentil and yam porridge

60 grams of dried lentils, 50 grams of fresh yam, and 150 grams of rice.

Seasoning: 35 grams of sugar

How to make lentil and yam porridge

1. Soak the dried lentils in warm water, peel and cut the fresh yam into grains, and wash the rice with clean water.

2. Use a clay pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over medium heat, add dried lentils and rice, and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.

3. Add fresh yam and white glaze, continue to simmer over low heat for 13 minutes before serving.
