Ingredients: 100g japonica rice, 50g Polygonum multiflorum

Accessories: 10g jujube (dried), 30g rock sugar

How to make Polygonum multiflorum porridge

1. Put Polygonum multiflorum into a casserole and boil until concentrated, then remove the residue and take the juice;

2. Put the rice, jujube and medicinal juice into a casserole and cook porridge;

3. When the porridge is almost cooked, add a little brown sugar or rock sugar for seasoning, and cook for another one or two minutes before eating.
