Ingredients for Tremella and Mung Bean Porridge

Craft cooking, sweet taste, breakfast, lunch, dinner

Main ingredient: 100g mung beans

Accessories: Tremella (dried) 15g watermelon 100g peach 60g

Seasoning rock sugar 30 grams

How to make Tremella and Mung Bean Porridge

1. Wash the mung beans and soak them in cold water for 3 hours;

2. Soak Tremella in cold water until it softens, then pick and clean it;

3. Peel and seed the watermelon, and cut into pieces;

4. Remove the pits from the peaches and cut into pieces for later use;

5. Take a pot, add cold water and soaked mung beans, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes;

6. After the mung beans are cooked, add Tremella and rock sugar, stir well and cook for about 20 minutes;

7. When the porridge is cooked, add watermelon cubes and peach segments, cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat;

8. After the porridge has cooled naturally, put it into a bowl, seal it with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator, and freeze it for 20 minutes before eating.
