The pickling method of Jiangxi pomelo peel is not fixed. You can adjust the pickling materials according to your needs. If you want to keep it simple, you can blanch the pomelo peel in boiling water, take it out after blanching, add mashed garlic, ginger, appropriate amount of salt, and a small amount of light soy sauce, mix well and then pickle it. However, the Jiangxi pomelo peel pickled in this way tastes slightly astringent and is not as fragrant as the pomelo peel pickled by the first method. |
