How to make dried kumquat

1. When using fresh oranges and kumquats to dry, you should prepare an appropriate amount of kumquats and an appropriate amount of crystal sugar. Rinse the prepared kumquats repeatedly with clean water, rub the surface with an appropriate amount of edible salt, then rinse with clean water and dry the surface moisture. Cut the washed kumquats with a fruit knife, remove the seeds inside, and then cut it into 4 petals.

2. Place the cut kumquats and rock sugar in a container in a layer of kumquats and rock sugar and marinate for 24 hours. Heat the kumquats and soup in a stainless steel pot until soft. Prepare a baking tray in the oven, cover it with a layer of tin foil, and spread the softened kumquats on the baking tray.

3. Set the oven temperature to 120 degrees, preheat for 5 minutes in advance, then put the baking tray with kumquats directly into the oven, heat it with upper and lower fire, take it out and turn it over after heating for about 5 minutes, then continue heating until all the kumquat slices inside are dehydrated. After turning off the oven, take out the kumquats, and after cooling down, they will become delicious dried kumquats.

1. When making dried kumquats, you need to prepare 1 kg of dried kumquats, 500 grams of rock sugar, and an appropriate amount of water. Wash the prepared dried kumquats and use a clean fruit knife to cut a cross on their surface. Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot and heat it to a boil. Put the kumquats into the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Take them out after cooking and set aside.

2. Start a new pot, add appropriate amount of water and rock sugar, cook over low heat until the rock sugar is completely melted, then put the cooked kumquats into the pot and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes. At this time, the kumquats in the pot will become transparent. Take them out and put them in a clean baking tray and bake them in the oven to dry. You can now get delicious dried kumquats.
