1. When brewing cherry wine at home, the materials needed are not complicated. You only need to prepare fresh cherries, an appropriate amount of rock sugar and a clean mineral water bottle, a clean funnel and an appropriate amount of cotton wool.

2. Select the prepared cherries, remove those with scars and insect bites, wash the high-quality cherries with clean water several times to remove the surface moisture, and then remove all the fruit stalks.

3. Wash all the prepared mineral water bottles and drain the water inside. Then put 30 grams of rock sugar into each bottle. Put the cleaned cherries into different mineral water bottles. Fill each mineral water bottle to 80% full, but do not fill it to the brim.

4. After putting the cherries into the mineral water bottle, you need to cap the bottle, then rinse the flat surface of the bottle with clean water, put it in a warm environment to start fermentation, etc. After the mineral water bottle with cherries is fully armed, you need to deflate it once a day until the fermentation is completed.

5. After 30 to 40 days, you will find that the cherries in the mineral water bottle have floated to the surface, which proves that the cherry wine inside has been fermented. Put a piece of cotton wool on the prepared funnel for the first filtration. The cherry wine obtained by filtration should be put back into a clean glass bottle for secondary fermentation.

6. After 20 days, the secondary fermentation will be completed. At this time, it should be taken out for secondary filtration. The cherry wine obtained this time can be drunk directly, or it can be put into a clean glass bottle and sealed for storage, so that people can drink it at any time.
