Nutritional value of frozen shrimp

1. High in protein

How to make frozen shrimp

Method 1

1. Wash the broccoli and break it into small pieces by hand, wash the shrimp, cut the green onions into sections, and cut the ginger into shreds for later use;

2. Add water to the pot, then add shallot, ginger, salt, cooking wine and a little cooking oil;

3. When the water is boiling, add the washed shrimps. When the shrimps turn red, cook for 1-2 minutes and then remove from the water for later use.

Method 2

1. Prepare the sauce first. Use 1 teaspoon of ginger juice, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce to make the sauce. Place the shrimp on a plate and dip it in the sauce. How to make ginger juice: chop the ginger into pieces and mash it to squeeze out the juice. Ginger juice can enhance the flavor and dispel the cold. It is best not to skimp on seafood.

2. After buying live prawns from the market, ask the stall owner to add ice water and ice cubes to the bag. Rinse the prawns with running water. Then, prepare 2 basins of cold water and add ice cubes for later use.

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add salt, scallion, ginger and pepper and bring to a boil.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of white wine after the water boils

5. After the water boils, pour the shrimp into the pot and stir gently to allow it to be heated evenly.

6. After the shrimps have completely changed color and the water starts to bubble and boil again, turn off the heat.

7. After turning off the heat, directly put the shrimp into the first basin of ice water, and then put it into the second basin of water until it is completely chilled.

8. Then place on a plate and add sauce and you can start eating
