How to make shimeji mushrooms

Stir-fried pork with mushrooms

1. Wash the lean meat and cut it into shreds, add a little dry starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes, then pour in a little oil, mix well and set aside;

2. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms, wash and drain; wash and cut the chili peppers into rings, cut the ginger into strips, peel and slice the garlic;

Stir-fried Shimeji Mushrooms with Three Peppers

1) Wash and blanch the shimeji mushrooms.

2) Wash the bell peppers and green onions, and cut into pieces.

3) Add oil to the pan, add chopped green onion when the oil is hot, then add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for a few times.

4) Add the chopped bell peppers, stir-fry again, then add light soy sauce and salt, and finally add a thin starch before serving.
