How to make hairtail fish delicious

Steamed Hairtail

1. Steamed hairtail is delicious. When making it, you need to prepare 400 grams of hairtail, onion, ginger, cooking wine, and appropriate amounts of salt and fish sauce.

2. After cleaning the hairtail, cut it into pieces and make cuts on its surface with a knife. Place it on a plate and add salt and cooking wine and mix well.

3. Then add the chopped green onion and ginger, then add appropriate amount of fish sauce, and then steam it in a pot. After steaming, take it out and add sesame oil to enhance the flavor.

Fried Hairtail

1. Dry-fried hairtail is also very delicious. When making it, you need to prepare three or four hairtails, appropriate amounts of pepper, salt, ginger slices and cooking oil.

2. After cleaning the hairtail, cut it into sections and drain the water. Add salt and pepper and marinate for about an hour to let it absorb the flavor.

3. Put cooking oil in a frying pan and add ginger slices. After heating, put the hairtail slices into the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. Take them out, absorb excess oil with oil-absorbing paper, and serve directly on a plate.

4. When eating hairtail, no matter how you eat it, you must be careful when cleaning it. Do not wash off the white scales on the surface of the hairtail. This white scale has high nutritional value, can lower blood lipids and prevent cancer. Once washed off, the hairtail will lose its original value.
