2. Wash the black cabbage, remove the old leaves, and cut into pieces for later use. Soak the mushrooms in clean water, remove the stems, and cut into slices for later use. Wash the ginger and winter bamboo shoots, and chop them into small pieces.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add black vegetable and winter bamboo shoots from the soup, stir well. Then add salt and MSG and mix well. After mixing, serve directly on a plate.

Garlic Wucai
