2. Wash the oxtail and cut it into pieces. Cut the tomatoes and onions into pieces and set aside.

3. Blanch the oxtail in boiling water to remove the blood, then put it into the soup pot, add water and heat to boil, then add tomatoes and onions, put in bay leaves, after boiling, simmer slowly on medium-low heat for four hours, then add salt and chicken essence for seasoning, after mixing well, you can take it out and eat.

Spicy Oxtail

1. Spicy oxtail is also very delicious. When making it, you need to prepare an oxtail, dried chili peppers, Sichuan pepper powder, black peppercorns, green peppers, garlic, etc. in appropriate quantities, and also prepare some coriander, sugar, oyster sauce, salt and other seasonings.

2. Wash the oxtail and cut it into pieces. Put it into boiling water to remove the blood. Then put it into a pressure cooker and cook it. After the water boils, press it under high pressure for ten minutes and then take it out.

3. Put oil in a wok, heat it, then add chili, Sichuan pepper powder and black pepper to stir-fry until fragrant. Then add sugar and stir-fry until melted. Add oxtail and stir-fry together.
