Then add the minced pork belly and stir-fry. After the fat is fried out, add the white bamboo shoots, carrots and bell peppers to the wok and add soy sauce. Yellow bean paste

1. When making the mixed sauce for the mixed noodles, you can also use yellow sauce. When making it, you need to prepare 100 grams of yellow sauce, 100 grams of pork belly, and appropriate amounts of green onion, ginger, cooking oil, and eggs.

2. Wash the pork belly and cut it into dices. Put the dry yellow bean paste in a bowl and add appropriate amount of water to mix well and set aside. Chop the green onion and ginger into fine pieces. Crack the eggs into egg liquid and fry them into small dices in advance.

3. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the diced meat. When the meat changes color, add the yellow sauce and stir-fry evenly. Simmer over medium-low heat for five or six minutes. Then add the fried eggs and chopped green onions. Stir-fry evenly and the homemade sauce is ready. After the noodles are cooked, just take an appropriate amount and put it on the noodles.
