The ingredients needed for pickling coriander are 2 kilograms of fresh coriander, 1 kilogram of green onions and 100 grams of chili powder. In addition, you will need 50 grams of table salt, 100 grams of garlic and 50 grams of ginger.

Specific steps for pickling cilantro

1. Remove the yellow leaves and mud from the prepared coriander, wash it with clean water, and then cut the coriander in the middle with a knife. Wash the green onions and cut them in the middle with a knife as well.

2. Add table salt and clean water to make brine, pour it into the coriander and green onions, marinate for five or six hours, take out and wash twice with clean water, then drain the water powder.
